Queensland has many great racing venues and regions which have supported the industry throughout its history, some have come and gone like the Woolloongabba sand track and 'the Creek' but all are remembered here.

Nanango

The first organised race meeting conducted in the Nanango district was held at Nanango Station on 26 December 1859.

Dalby

Dalby is one of the oldest racing venues in Queensland conducting its first race meeting over two days on July 27 and 28, 1859. In 2009 the Dalby Plough Inn Cup celebrated its 150th anniversary from its first run in 1859.
