BILL 'SKINNY' THOMAS at Townsville on June 29, 1929. The winning horses were Greengold, Own King, Kingsman, Constant Boy, Pageacre, Northern King and Night Flame.

NOEL THOMPSON at Cunnamulla on May 6, 1961 (they were all trained by Charlie Easton).

SIX WINNERS IN A DAY

LARRY ALLEN: at the Gold Coast on November 17, 1984 Dandy Miss, Alchera, Amboina, Burano, Lunch With Reeta and Cruise Missile. His other mount York Street ran third.

MICK DITTMAN: at Eagle Farm on Melbourne Cup Day November 1, 1977 on Taras Prince (3-1), Tullyish (2-1F), Best Show (10-9F), Some Idea (4-1) Christole (11-8F) and Sharville (9-2). His other ride Strong James ran second at 1-3 from Apprentice Dan McLeod on No Hassle at 11-2.

J.E. HAYDEN: is recorded as riding all six winners at Thangool on December 12, 1942 and then all six winners at Thangool on April 8, 1943 (one of those winners was a walkover).

FRED KAY is recorded as riding all six winners at Townsville on February 13, 1943.

MICHAEL RODD: Sunshine Coast on October 26, 2003. Special Degree ($7.50), Princess Tatsuta ($4.80), Silver Switch ($2.50), Singin 'Rodd N' Dancin ($13), Runobit ($3) and Order Arms ($4.40).
