BRIAN YORK rode 23 metropolitan winners for the entire winter of 1988.

COUNTRY RIDING

Trainer CHARLIE PROW rode his horse to victory in the 1986 Birdsville Cup.

BOB SNELLING trained and rode Roman Reveller to win the 1962 Mount Isa Cup for owner King Ranch. Roman Reveller was bought as a station sire and raced in the central west after previously winning a Burwood Handicap and running third in a Victoria Derby.

MOST SUCCESSIVE WINS

SHANE SCRIVEN rode nine winners from as many rides in the Brisbane area in 1994.

BILLY HILL rode seven winners in a row at Eagle Farm and Doomben meetings in September 1937.
