Daryl Strong

Athol's son and Neil's brother, Daryl Strong is widely regarded as having one of the best "eyes" for a young horse in racing. He had a lot of success with two-year-olds and sprinters but also won a QTC St Leger and other staying features. He went into semi retirement in the 2000s but hold an important place in racing history with the deeds of the great sprinter Blue's Finito.
