BRIAN KELLY
Not the biggest bookmaker to field in Brisbane but one of the most innovative. He was one of the first to use computer form and picked up the name "The Professor" late in his career because of the large amount of paper work he had at each meeting. Kelly was also a prominent owner with his best horse the flying Kero who raced in the late 1970s.
