Only won one of his 16 starts but it was the biggest upset in Queensland race history. Starting at 50-1 he beat the 1-5 favourite Nebo Road into second place in the 1966 QTC Sires Produce. He was also the first maiden to win the Sires Produce. Nebo Road later won some of Australia’s best sprint races including the VRC Newmarket while Regal Adventure had three more starts without running a place.
