A son of the top class galloper Prince Ruling he ran second to Snippets in the inaugural Magic Millions Two-Year-Old Classic in 1987. Won the BTC Coca Cola Stakes and Queensland Stakes at two and three open company races in Brisbane. Prince Anton later raced in Adelaide and Melbourne where he won the Clipsal Stakes, a Caulfield Handicap and Flemington Welter as well as five open company races in Adelaide.
