Handy open company galloper and good creeker who was able to lift to become the fourth horse to win back to back Stradbroke Handicaps in 1934-35. He won his maiden at Eagle Farm but his next four wins were at Albion Park. As a five-year-old in 1933-34 he went from winning an Eagle Farm Novice to winning seven open company races including the Stradbroke and QTC Epsom Handicap. Jim Carmont rode him in the Stradbroke but the next year the legendary Maurice McCarten was the winning Stradbroke jockey.
