Originally from New Zealand was brought to Australia by clients of John Wallace’s stable in 1992. Over the next two years he won five Cups - Gatton, Tattersall’s, Ipswich, Caloundra Anniversary and Newcastle. But by far his best run was third in the 1994 Melbourne Cup. Jockey Chris Munce rode him in four of his Cup wins.
