It was obvious from his first race, when he missed the start and stormed home to win the Meynink Stakes, Falvelon was something special. Falvelon went on to 
be a pioneer for Queensland horses in Hong Kong twice winning the Hong Kong Sprint. He won the Doomben 10,000 (twice), the BTC Cup, MVRC Schweppes Stakes and VATC Schillachi Stakes. But he was rarely far away in big races with his minor placings including the VRC Lightning, VRC Newmarket, Oakleigh Plate, Stradbroke Handicap and Emirates Classic. His trainer Dan Bougoure cut his teeth as the strapper of the great galloper Strawberry Road.
