Smart mare who capped off her career with a stint in Sydney under legendary trainer Tommy Smith's care. After winning five Queensland open company races including the Goldmarket. Christole won the 1979 AJC Challenge Stakes beating the top sprinter Salaam. It was a deserved win as she had little luck in top races with minor placings in the AJC Expressway Stakes, the STC Queen of the Turf Stakes, the STC Marlboro Classic and Tattersall's Healy Stakes.
