| History: | Racing began in 1922, ceased during war years, before resuming at intervals between 1953 -1956. Racing began in earnest from 1956 to present day. The club once raced 8 times a year but now has 3 race meetings a year. Melbourne Cup Day with 5 races New Years Day with 5 races Kumbia Cup Day in May with 6 races. The public continues to patronise the club. |
